Took 3-1/2 hours to purchase my car. We negotiating the price of the vehicle before my arrival at 12:00 noon. At 3PM my paperwork was finally finished and they took my just purchased $80K We negotiating the price of the vehicle before my arrival at 12:00 noon. At 3PM my paperwork was finally finished and they took my just purchased $80K Jaguar to put gas in it. When they finally returned at 3:30, I left with my dirty car and cleaned it myself when I go home. Why does it take 3-1/2 hours to purchase a car??? Not fun! More

Loving my new Aviator Joey did an outstanding with having my vehicle prepped and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. While I was inside signing all the paperwork Joey did an outstanding with having my vehicle prepped and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. While I was inside signing all the paperwork, he had all of my personal items and plates, moved from my old car to my new one. All total, I was in and out of the dealership in less than and hour. Even with the quick service, i never felt rushed and Joey was very thorough when it came to showing me some of the new features on my Aviator. I would highly recommend Joe Gio and Joe Rizza of Orland Park for your next vehicle purchase. More
