Everyone was pleasant and helpful. A very good experience. The sales staff was excellent with helping me find a new car with all my requirements and then some. There was no pressure, just wanted to make sure The sales staff was excellent with helping me find a new car with all my requirements and then some. There was no pressure, just wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for. Once I purchased the car, before we left the dealer, Joe Gio our saleman went over almost every option to make sure I knew how to use the vehicle. Shelby the concierge that I had met with, called to make sure I was able to work everything on the vehicle and walked me through steps to use some options. My husband had some mechanical questions and spoke with the service writer/mechanics for answers. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Joe Rizza Ford/Lincoln. More

Both my sales consultant Joey Gio, and general sales manager John Livigni went above and beyond to put me into a 2019 Ford F150 Limited. I can't say enough about my sales consultant Joey Gio. Joey did all the heavy lifting making sure the transition from my old vehicle to the new one was easy and simple. Vehicles these days have so much technology and features that understanding everything can be a little overwhelming. Joey Gio was very patient taking the time to explain everything about my new vehicle to me until I was able to navigate on my own. Joey Gio is #1 . If you need a car Joey Gio is the man to see. Great dealership and everyone was friendly and helpful. From top management to the guys who washed and cleaned up my truck. Also gotta give a shout out to Shelby. She also gave big help with installation of the Fordpass app and software setup. Thanks for the instruction videos to Shelby. Last, but not least, thanks to Mr. McMillan, the main man, for being very approachable and having a great staff.
