Typical dealership, dishonest We chose to buy from Harry Robinson based on what we were told over the phone by Johnny (salesman). We drove an hour to the dealership and after disc We chose to buy from Harry Robinson based on what we were told over the phone by Johnny (salesman). We drove an hour to the dealership and after discussing all the details we decided we would buy from harry Robinson after all upon arrival we were greeted and spoken to favorably however once it was time to sign the papers things became good cop bad cop. The salesman would say something then he would have to get up and go get another finance guy, we will just call him slick Rick, he would come in and want us to add this and that, then they would mess with the numbers more all along knowing we had a set number and we were not going past our payment number. We were upfront and did not cut in coroners on telling the Harry Robinson employees what we wanted, needed and what we were willing to pay. In the end they appear to agree and we made the deal 4 hours later. Then Shumacher gets us in his office and the payment mysteriously raised $20 more dollars per month and they also wanted to sale us more extras which we declined. We finally finished and began to move our belongings from the old car to the new. Of course the dealership was closing and it was a Friday night so the employees for all standing glaring at us as if we had done something wrong when in fact the reason it took so long was the cat and mouse game the salesperson and the finance guy were playing trying to get more money out of us. I was told over the phone by Johnny that we would be in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours at the most (great math skills John John). 4 hours later we were finally off, now it took us 50 days to get a title and it was all screwed up. We went back to the dealership and they said they resolved the issue but yet when we went to tag the vehicle the issue was not resolved. Here we are nearly 3 month in and the vehicle is not tagged due to the dealership dragging their feet. We no longer get returned phone calls, I personally reached out to the higher ups including Mr. Harry Robinson himself however I have yet to be contacted by him. It would be nice for a Vehicle Dealership to actually just do the right thing, I mean just be honest and truthful and upfront. Unfortunately Harry Robinson Dealerships are not this way, I can tell you from personal experience. They will take your money and run and have no sense of customer service. I would never recommend to anyone to waste anytime with a Harry Robinson dealership. More
