Great service/sales until they get you to sign then after you sign and buy the Service is HORRIBLE you cannot even get people to call you back. After spending money on a new vehicle you would think that the you sign and buy the Service is HORRIBLE you cannot even get people to call you back. After spending money on a new vehicle you would think that the service and how they treat their customers after the sell would be at least satisfactory. We have purchased 4 new trucks in the past with different dealerships everything has been fine even the "after care". This was the first GMC the most expensive truck with Harry Robison and it has been the absolute worst experience we have ever had. More

I have recently started buying at Harry Robinson. They are a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional but not in an uptight way but in a good Ole boy way. Easy to do business with. Jumps at trying to work everything out to my liking. The dealership as a whole tries to make the buying experience a low pressure ordeal.
