When picking the car up we checked to see if the horn worked. It did not. I went back in to see the technicians and explained that the car wasn't fixed. I repeated that we sent it in because the engine l worked. It did not. I went back in to see the technicians and explained that the car wasn't fixed. I repeated that we sent it in because the engine light was on and the horn didn't work and they had told us that there was a crack in one of the wires. I mentioned that the bill shows a wire assembly replacement and assumed that was what was supposed to fix the horn. It did not work. I told them obviously they hadn't tested it. The technician said yes they had tested it, but we should bring it in on Tuesday so they can see if there was something else wrong. The bill states that they replaced a wiring assembly and tested afterwards. Later it states that the technician found corrosion the connection and replaced that plug. Obviously they did not test it afterwards. Additionally, how can you have corrosion on a wire assembly that you just put in. The fraud here is extreme. I will never bring my vehicle to them again. The only reason I did go to them is because they were the closest. More

However it continues to say that they found corrosion on the connector afterwards and replace that. Obviously they would not test the vehicle afterwards if they even tested it at all. If you're replacing an entire wire harness how can you have corrosion on the end of a connection. More
