The service agent may have been having a bad day but that doesn't excuse being dismissive. If you work at a car service desk, you should be able to provide basic guidance when a customer asks you a question. doesn't excuse being dismissive. We had our tires installed there for our Nissan Altima last year, and when we we brought it in to be looked at, the follow up suggestion was to take it to a tire place to look at. Isn't that something your service department should be able to handle? If you are going to push people to a tire shop....why sell and service tires? More
