Was Amazing until they dropped the ball! This is a updated review from my review before what I found out about Larry H. Miller Toyota is after you by the car from them the customer service st This is a updated review from my review before what I found out about Larry H. Miller Toyota is after you by the car from them the customer service stops there. I will have to say one thing John Barfield was awesome and was very professional, but Robert the original salesman was terrible to my wife and really dropped the ball on this one. Jay the general manager was a real piece of work to my wife also. So I drove out to Arizona from California to purchase this car because I got a really good internet price on the vehicle now the car was priced at 45000 the internet price which was the same price Autonation Toyota in vegas was selling it for. Robert worked the deal quickly and got everything approve by the time i left my work so that night i drove out there to get the car. You would think that me driving 500 miles to get this car they would of at least thrown in some all weather mats nothing was thrown in extra. But because I got a great deal I wasn't to upset even though my Toyota dealership out here always throws in the nets and weather mats with my deals but I didn't get this car from them because they did not have a highlander limited platinum for at least a month. Plus I don't think they could of beat this deal. So I had told Larry Miller Toyota that I had a lease return and that I was going to bring my car to them to turn in they said no problem. Now let me say this I have never turned in a leased car so i was very foreign to how you turn these in. So i sign papers turn in the vehicle and hand over the leased car keys to them i thought it was weird that i didn't have to sign anything and asked Robert there's no paperwork for me to sign he's says nope i park in the back and we will take it from there. So i go okay cool shook hands and i left back to California, that was on 3/2/19 when I turned in the car and picked up the highlander, fast forward to today 3/11/19. My wife calls Toyota financial says did you get anything back from Larry Miller Toyota they said no the still haven't grounded the vehicle we turned in my wifes like really, so she makes a phone call to the other sales man John barfield and says the vehicle hasn't been grounded yet he says oh wow ok I call someone and take car of it. So on 3/12/19 Robert calls my wife to take care of the grounding, let me say that the payment for the leased car is due on the 3/13/19 and we would of been due for the next payment. So they needed to ground it today. My wife let's him know how upset she was that this hasn't been done and if she wouldn't check Toyota financial we would of had to owe another payment, so he gets rude with my wife and tells her to calm down. My wife says excuse me calm down you guys haven't even grounded the vehicle year and it's been 2 weeks. So after all that I called Robert to clarify that it's going get done and he reassures me that it will. About a couple of hours later he has my wife sign the paperwork to ground the car. Thankfully they got it done. But I really I have to say my wife is disabled and has had 2 brain surgeries and cant handle a lot of stress and I am the only one that works so I had no time to take care of this but I don't think this is something that we had to even stress over or deal with had they known what they were doing. So I tell my wife if he upset you that much make a complaint with the general manager. We let me say this Jay was even worse to my and after my wife says what happened to her and how she feels that we shouldn't of had to do the work for them that were supposed to do themselves he says to my wife what's the reason for this call really that's what you tell a upset customer and then proceeds to tell my wife well you know we lost alot of money on that deal. First off we didn't make the deal it's what it was posted in Cars.com I don't even try and work it down more. But you tell your customers that drive 6 hours to your dealership that you dropped the ball on the lease return and tell them you made us lose money on that deal I could not believe what I was hearing. So I called Jay back when I got back from work to have him call me and that I want corporates number and he doesn't even have the decency to call me back what a coward in my book you can be rude to a woman but when a man calls you can call him back. Jay has to be one of the worst General managers we had to deal with never have I had a General manager talk to us like that. But it's cool because I will never be back and on top of that I did find corporates number and left a message so Jay if you read this you should be hearing from your corporate office. Have fun explaining to them how you lost a customer that's bought 6 new Toyotas in the last 5 years all in one rude conversation. More
