Dirito Bros. has a great selection of vehicles, and their no-pressure approach to sales is a big reason I keep coming back to them to buy my cars. I was very pleased with the service. I came in for my 30K maintenance and a safety recall. All appeared to be done well. Tim was the service advisor. He did a great job and kept me informed. Tim sent a text stating it would be ready before noon the next day. I called the next morning. Tim was off, but Marina answered the phone and she helped me out. She found out my car was ready for pickup! Tim also helped me out with my key getting stuck and not popping out quickly. He fixed that for me and showed me what to do in the future if it happens again. I also want to put a good plug in for both Kevin and Marina. They've helped me there numerous times and I always get great customer service from them. I'm looking forward to getting into another lease in 2022 with Dirito Brothers of Walnut Creek.
