We have been shopping around for a few weeks. We saw a car online that was located at Dirito Brothers. Due to COVID-19 and that we have a newborn, we were unable to go in person to see the car as it was l car online that was located at Dirito Brothers. Due to COVID-19 and that we have a newborn, we were unable to go in person to see the car as it was located about 65 miles away from us. John and staff were not only understanding of our situation, but made it completely easy to get everything going. We arranged to pick up and complete the paperwork for the next day, and were blown away. Everyone was incredibly professional and so so so nice. John even came in, ON HIS DAY OFF to meet us and show us the car (complete with a big red bow on it when we arrived). We were amazed by everyone’s kindness. Also, the car was exactly as shown and described on the website. We will definitely be recommending Dirito Brothers to everyone we know and will have no problem driving the extra miles to work with them again (despite other VW dealers being less than 10 miles away).
