Over the last few days my wife bought a new 2025 X1 and I unplanned, bought a new 2026 X5. From the start, Yvonne greeted us and helped my wife find the right X1 for her. Nelson, sales manager, was terrific with putting just the right deals together and all with a warm smile and sincerity. Paul, the very efficient finance manager was a breeze to work with and super knowledgeable about moving all the paperwork to accommodate us. The geniuses, John and Cody are expert geniuses, explaining all the new features of our vehicles so we could enjoy them to the fullest. These were our 5th and 6th BMW’s that we’ve owned and BMW of Shrewsbury is a fabulous dealership to work with. Each BMW is better than the last one and absolutely amazing vehicles to drive and own! What a fantastic experience my wife and I had at BMW of Shrewsbury. We came with the intent of test driving a certified pre-owned X3. With the help of Yvonne we were able to do that but my wife was not “fe Shrewsbury. We came with the intent of test driving a certified pre-owned X3. With the help of Yvonne we were able to do that but my wife was not “feeling it” as she felt it was too similar to her existing 2015 X5 that we were trading in. With Yvonne’s tireless energy in the searing heat we looked at and ultimately drove a new 2025 X3. Fortunately there was one available in the color and with the options we wanted and my wife felt the excitement she was looking for but was a little hesitant with purchasing new. With the help of Brad and Nelson, we were able to reach a deal with Yvonne that made us feel comfortable with purchasing new.
