It’s very likely that I won’t be using this dealership again. After replacing brakes they failed to recode So all of the sensors were not operating. The brakes on my 2021 Ascent Touring started squealing shortly after I took it in for it's 2yr maintenance check. The mechanics checked the brakes via driving, listening, feeling and seeing the pads and shortly after I took it in for it's 2yr maintenance check. The mechanics checked the brakes via driving, listening, feeling and seeing the pads and rotars. They determined that the front pads had worn below the safety threshold and replaced them. They also shaved the front rotars. My Ascent's brakes no longer make the squealing noise. While I was waiting in the customer service waiting area, I was approached by another employee who offered me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. I thankfully declined; but I was very impressed with the customer service. I have never been offered a loaner vehicle while I was already waiting. More
