I cannot say enough great things about Brandon Sutton! He was phenomenal and far exceeded my expectations! He was patient, kind, not pushy, very through, and extremely efficient. When I reached out about a vehicle that was listed, but didn't have pictures on it yet, he responded twice within the hour. First, to tell me it was available and then he went out and recorded a personalized video of the vehicle inside and out to show me it. I was completely blown away! We set up an appointment to check it out and upon arrival he was studying the vehicle and how it worked to ensure he could answer all my questions and show me all of it's features. Also, knowing I had children, he had a dvd already in the player for my child to watch while we explored the vehicle and took it for a test drive. It was very thoughtful! On the test drive, he allowed me to go on a lengthy drive both on the highway and through the city so I could see how it drove in both areas. When I decided I wanted the vehicle. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding of the fact that I needed it in my budget. He made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process and took his time to ensure I got what I needed and all questions were answered. I ended up with an amazing new van that is much more safe and reliable for my family and finally feel a sense of peace. I would highly recommend Don Ayres and Brandon when looking for a new ride!
