Experience leasing a Jeep Compass John and Carmine were nice people, but the whole dealership seemed kind of disorganized. There weren't that many customers in the dealership while I was there, yet there was a lot of time that I spent waiting around for reasons that were unclear to me. They also could use some new chairs in the offices because a lot of them are ripped/have holes in them. There were also several employees inside who had their masks off--I know that masks are uncomfortable to wear all day long, but it sends a bad message to customers when you don't have it on/it isn't covering your nose, etc. At the end of the day, the dealership is very conveniently located for me, which is the reason why I chose it and the reason why I will return, but I have had much better experiences at other dealerships. The prices/deal I got were great, though! More

Very disappointed in our experience with John. Very condescending and unfriendly. He stated the reason for the additional $3,500 was because of “supply and demand” and laughed when we said we wanted to condescending and unfriendly. Ms. Petta was spot on and expedient with all of my questions, even while self quarantining from home. Given the situation with the pandemic, I will not be so harsh on my review. Jennifer was super awesome! The guy who showed me my car was very nice, but he was a car detailer so he was not so knowledgeable about my car. But again they were short handed due to the pandemic situation. The next day got a call from Mike, not the friendliest guy I’ve ever met. We negotiated and basically he was not willing to be flexible at all. I almost decided to not bother with this dealer at all. Just based off my conversation with Mike. And trying to communicate with him after my initial call, he was a total xxx, dodging my calls. He basically didn’t even want my business. That’s the vibe he puts off. Then John saved the sale, he is friendly, and professional and tried to make me happy. That’s all I ask. In the end, I’m very happy with my car!! And the car detailer guy, he was exceptional!! I wish I got his name, he really went above and beyond his job and he deserves major props!! I just wish the process wasn’t so ridiculous dealing with so many people. Overall good experience! More
