March 20th,I purchased a 2023 Infiniti SUV; I was told if I have any problems to take it to an Infiniti Dealer because it has a factory warranty or to return to DeCozen for service. The infinite dealer advis I have any problems to take it to an Infiniti Dealer because it has a factory warranty or to return to DeCozen for service. The infinite dealer advised me that it’s not covered under the warranty to return to Chrysler sales rep. Mr. John told me to bring the car in because it’s less than 30 days of purchase. Per the manager Mark they don’t have mechanics to work/fix Infiniti & now the company is not willing to replace nor fix the broken part that I have advised them was broken. The second day I purchased the car..(fuel lid-does lock). What should I do help? More

My experience the day I was buying the car was great. Until I had an issue with the app, where it said I had a recall in my car. I emailed my salesman maybe 3 times. No response. He was very responsive p Until I had an issue with the app, where it said I had a recall in my car. I emailed my salesman maybe 3 times. No response. He was very responsive prior to the purchase. I gave him 10s in everything before this. I even emailed their front desk, ccd them both on the emails. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he’s on vacation. But neither responded. Sad. More
