The salesperson was extremely informed and never pressured us at all. Completing the buying process was much simpler than other dealerships. This dealership worked with me and I am very happy with my purchase. I understand that this is a family run dealership so they operate a little different than the bigger dealership but its more family ori my purchase. Agreed to price with the sales associate, including warranty that was posted on the car window. Then deal was not honored by finance manager at time of vehicle pick-up. Whatever you agree to with the s warranty that was posted on the car window. Then deal was not honored by finance manager at time of vehicle pick-up. Whatever you agree to with the sales associate is meaningless until you solidify with finance manager, even if you have already secured your own finance arrangement with an outside bank. This is a tactic used by dealerships to manipulate deals after the agreement has already been made. Also the vehicle had less than 30,000 miles on it, after I bought it I realized several regular basic maintenance issues that they ignored such as windshield wipers, bulbs, and tires. You can buy a car from them, but you need to be on your game otherwise you will get taken advantage of. More

Experience leasing a Jeep Compass John and Carmine were nice people, but the whole dealership seemed kind of disorganized. There weren't that many customers in the dealership while I w John and Carmine were nice people, but the whole dealership seemed kind of disorganized. There weren't that many customers in the dealership while I was there, yet there was a lot of time that I spent waiting around for reasons that were unclear to me. They also could use some new chairs in the offices because a lot of them are ripped/have holes in them. There were also several employees inside who had their masks off--I know that masks are uncomfortable to wear all day long, but it sends a bad message to customers when you don't have it on/it isn't covering your nose, etc. At the end of the day, the dealership is very conveniently located for me, which is the reason why I chose it and the reason why I will return, but I have had much better experiences at other dealerships. The prices/deal I got were great, though! More

Very disappointed in our experience with John. Very condescending and unfriendly. He stated the reason for the additional $3,500 was because of “supply and demand” and laughed when we said we wanted to condescending and unfriendly.
