We had heard from our neighbor who owns two Subarus that they are very safe and drive well. My wife and I made three late Saturday afternoon trips to this dealer to look at a pre-owned Forester to serve our transportation needs. Mr. John Clarke could not have been more sincerely pleasant and soft-spoken in greeting us and patiently getting to know our car goals and answering our numerous naive questions. He asked us of our professions and what were our intentions in using the car, so he could correctly assess our needs. Even though the store was due to close, he did not rush us, but wanted us to ask whatever we wanted and gave us very informative brochures. He did not pressure us at all, but showed us every genuine personal and professional courtesy. In our first two trips, he didn't even ask for a sale! He knew we weren't ready to buy yet, and just let us enjoy a test drive of the Forester, at the same time asking us questions of what we thought of it and having us talk about ourselves, so he could ensure that the car truly met our needs. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical car dealers and he quietly told us of his pride in working for such a fine and reputable dealership as this one. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone. We wished we could have Mr. Clarke as a neighbor! More
