I would not recommend this dealer because there are electrical problems with my newly purchased truck. And nobody from the dealership called to provide any customer service to. Everytime I tried to make an appointment for something that's an emergency, it was so difficult to make an appointment for an emergency situation. I understand that these problems may not represent the dealership, it may have come from the manufacturer. However, the dealership is representing Fords. There is a lot going on with my purchase and my experience with the service department. This truly reveals that this is merely a business transaction at least from the dealer side. More
