Did a buyout. Financial rep, Frank Sinatra did not provide me with bill of sale or usb drive when I requested one before leaving. He claimed I will get all documents in two weeks by Chase finance comp provide me with bill of sale or usb drive when I requested one before leaving. He claimed I will get all documents in two weeks by Chase finance company. I wasn’t aware of what was my total loan amount and fees had been. When called he said he would email me one, but what I got was law contract not my retell/ buyers info, which I did not sign for electronically someone else did. Spoke to sales manager, John Daly who admitted I should have left with my bill of sale and all copies pertaining to the buy. The manager was very indifferent and disregarded my concern of why wasn’t I provided one to begin with. Even emailed him and no response. Made me feel like something questionable was being done. Very careless and poor service on their behalf. More

Ref: 2019 Lincoln Nautilus lease 1-500 car engine dies Ref: 2019 Lincoln Nautilus lease 1-500 car engine dies was told they had no courtesy vehicles. Had no idea what the issue was. Called corporate took Ref: 2019 Lincoln Nautilus lease 1-500 car engine dies was told they had no courtesy vehicles. Had no idea what the issue was. Called corporate took approximately 7 days to resolve issue 2- approx 20K miles car was backfires and transmission wasn’t correct. Bring into dealership say it’s not going to be look at for at least 3 weeks again no courtesy vehicle. Called corporate again problem resolved in 10 days. 3- buying out lease and trying to get the correct information to who check needed to be made out out to took 4 emails with John Daly Service Manage. (Such a Joke) Also when coming to pay off lease John Daly Made a comment There here Very mPROFESSIONAL. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. So unprofessional and extremely poor customer Service More
