She was true to her word, and I was happily surprised at how little time the process took. I was in and out in just over an hour and that included my time spent with John Ferranola who was affable yet professional and explained any inquiries I had about what I was signing. They promised me a quick and efficient process and they delivered. Great operation that you may want to consider when looking for a car. More

I have learned to be wary of car dealers and auto salesmen, but Smithtown Toyota is different from the rest. John showed excellent knowledge in explaining the lease agreement details in a most patient, methodical, accurate manner. All requirements were exactly as Dave had stated which confirmed our extreme confidence in their performance. I was referred to the dealership from a former employee. He had called the dealership and told them I was coming. I bought a car from them and went home and reviewed the contract. I noticed a few inconsist He had called the dealership and told them I was coming. I bought a car from them and went home and reviewed the contract. I noticed a few inconsistencies in the contract that were different from what was talked about and agreed upon. I called the former employee and went over it with him. He said the dealership padded the price, he said they front loaded it and that it was illegal to do. He was ashamed and embarrassed that he referred me to Smithtown Toyota. He called them and asked how they could do this to a customer, especially someone he referred. They of course lied and said it was all agreed upon and there were no inconsistencies. I was able to remove the tire protection which I was told only cost a dollar more a month but found out later it was an additional 875 dollars which amounted to 803 dollars more. I will never do business with Smithtown Toyota or refer a person to them ever. Nicky More
