I worked with David Moshinsky at smithtown Toyota and had the best experience ever. I was looking for a 2021 rav 4 hybrid XLE with the weather package. I had another deal in place at another Toyota dealershi the best experience ever. I was looking for a 2021 rav 4 hybrid XLE with the weather package. I had another deal in place at another Toyota dealership however that car was delayed so I started shopping around again. I called every Toyota store on the island and this was the only one who worked a deal with me over the phone. In this market they are very very competitive with prices. Only was charged about 3K over sticker price compared to other places charging 6-7k over sticker price. I also had a trade in. They were SUPER competitive on the trade in. They offered me 2k more than any other dealership on my trade in, basically matching Kelly blue book value. David was amazing salesperson. Showed me the numbers and did the math in front of me to show they make sense, Most importantly he wasn’t pushy about me filling out the credit application. He sent me the link over text and I got it done at my own convenience and once I felt comfortable with it. he also got me black out emblems on a we owe for no additional cost. Once I sat down in the finance office there were absolutely zero games played. Didn’t offer me any bogus warranties and the price stayed the same from what we agreed upon with David. I am absolutely loving my car and am having no trouble getting in touch with David if I do have any questions or concerns. All in all a very great experience and would highly recommend working with David and smithtown Toyota in general. More

I walked in to the showroom explained the type of vehicle I needed. They pointed me to one that I may like. I was allowed to take it for a test drive, and drove home with the vehicle that evening.
