Bought a car for myself and one for my daughter. Both from Schoepp Motors. I only drove my car about 1500 miles before the transmission went out on a car with 70k miles. As soon as we drove my daughter’s car off the lot a whole slew of electrical problems descended on us all at once. Probably had 200 miles on the car when we bought it. I would have to surmise that they do not actually inspect their vehicles. After reading many recent one star reviews, I come to find out that many people are having their vehicles break down immediately, and at an inflated cost I might add. These people are dishonest and don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell. Don’t be swayed by the phony 5 star reviews. This one is real. Protect yourself from people who make their money this way. Very unprofessional, pushy, unpleasant and uncomfortable sales practices. Shady hand written and hand drawn signature lines on a paper and being pushed into signing it to agree on a price of the car or to receive an offer. Being told what is and isn’t good for you. Also when you test drive, you are told where you have to take the car for a test drive on John‘s terms. Continuously being told in a very arrogant and delusional fashion how much experience he apparently has and how what he is offering is the only good thing in your life you will ever have. If you want to look to see what you’re looking for and find the right fit, this place and especially John Flood is a red flag and the shady car sales person you know from all the movies you hope you will never encounter in your life. Make sure you run! Frankly these supposedly positive reviews all sound like he wrote them for himself! He is far from being a credible sales man, and even further from knowing how to provide even the basics of good customer service! More
