I had the freedom to look and make decisions that were best for me, without keeping up a constant guard to ward off things I didn't want. Great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable sales people that were easy to talk to. I'm a long time Toyota owner, it's all I've owned in the last 35 years +. Doing business with your dealership is by far the best experience I've ever had. It was like sitting at home around the kitchen table working out details. It was that comfortable.
