John has been with the Gorges family since January of 2010. He started in the parts department as a parts advisor, from there he became the Parts Manager for several years, and today he is our Service Director overseeing both the Service and Parts departments. He has a strong love for technology, rc cars, and all things computers. His natural knack for fixing things quickly gave him the role of the dealership's IT support, also.

My low battery charge light came on the day before a trip. Called Josh who was able to look at the car in the afternoon. The battery was fine and they reset the sensor. We appreciate your patience with us and apologize for the inconvenience but like most are dealing with supply chain issues and the oil filter housing needed for your Jeep is on national backorder. Fingers crossed this gets resolved sooner than later, but we are glad yours came in and we were able to get it fixed without further delay.
