I would never recommend going to the service department ever…. Half a star rating only -if not less. They caused more work and damage and I do not have any trust in them to do things right. I would not mind the price if the work was impeccable but it was not. I would have never bought a Volvo esp having to deal with the service department. And having owned my Volvo for almost 6 years- it is very cheaply made and for the price I paid, I would of expected better and higher quality. I feel very cheated on this car and cannot wait to get rid of it. Should of stuck with my Audi. More
