He started in the parts department as a parts advisor, from there he became the Parts Manager for several years, and today he is our Service Director overseeing both the Service and Parts departments. He has a strong love for technology, rc cars, and all things computers. His natural knack for fixing things quickly gave him the role of the dealership's IT support, also.

Went in for the 20k oil change and software update. Service was done but took much longer than anticipated. After about 2 hours they came in and said they would give me a car to leave and come back lat Service was done but took much longer than anticipated. After about 2 hours they came in and said they would give me a car to leave and come back later. Carewash was broke again (same as last time I was in) so it was not washed. More
