Service department need to remember just that.
That they service the public, the Nissan customers. NOT act as if we are enemies, their children to discipline, aggression, belittling the clients. 3

I can't explain why these people want to irritate the paying customers? Why chase business away? Why humiliate not just the customers, but Pedder Nissan Dealership. There have already been numerous complaints on Sam, I'm not certain why he has not yet been Terminated. A MUST IS TO HAVE A VIDEO CAMERA AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This should keep them in line and act proper.
