With the help of our d We had a fine experience dealing with Chad Wickert and John Foltz in our purchase of a 2015 Ford Focus yesterday (2/19/2019). With the help of our daughters Anna and Sara, Ruth and I found ourselves dealing with Chad in making a comparison of two vehicles which fit our situation. Ruth and I are 79 years old and still possessed of our faculties to operate a vehicle. In our experience we have in the last 10 years bought "our last car" two times, but find ourselves able to contend a while longer in the "game of life" to need another one. With sufficient TLC we found ourselves in the hands of capable people who answered our questions and directed us to the one for us. John cared for the final paperwork. The whole procedure took a little over 2 hours and we drove away in our (to us) new Titanium. We are sure we got a good "last car." More
