A Dealership that watches out for our best interests! I do not write many reviews and most of the time reviews are written when there's a grievance, however this review is the furthest thing away from tha I do not write many reviews and most of the time reviews are written when there's a grievance, however this review is the furthest thing away from that. I only have the utmost respect for this dealership, its leaders, and staff. I know it's a business and I know it's a for profit business, but honestly the atmosphere and the way they treat customers while it's professional it's very comfortable. There's no judgement, they don't look at you (or your credit history) like you're "less than". I appreciate the above and beyond efforts of our sales rep and the finance rep. So great! I have never had such a pleasurable experience like I've had at 5 Star Ford! 2 time buyer, the 2nd time my family was with me and they never complained, there was no long wait, every step was thorough and efficient. Perseverance John Hillsinger sold us a 2016 Ford Edge about 4 months ago. Unfortunately it was totaled in a accident a few weeks ago. With factory gearing up for 2 John Hillsinger sold us a 2016 Ford Edge about 4 months ago. Unfortunately it was totaled in a accident a few weeks ago. With factory gearing up for 2018 models they could no longer order a 2017 equipped to our specs. However he searched diligently to find one for us and while it had over $700 in additional equipment we did not want, that was thrown in with the deal as we already had set a maximum loan amount. This process took almost a week watching which vehicles meeting our needs were being shipped to what dealers and then negotiating a trade with that dealer that still fell within our price parameters. John was always there for us returning calls promptly and keeping us informed on setbacks and progress. Picked up our new vehicle Monday, could not be more pleased with his attitude and service. Our daughter has an 2017 Edge similar to ours, also from 5 Star and a coworker who recently drove it and had just purchased a new Lexus said "this has more bells and whistles than my Lexus. More
