Initially, Owings Mills was low on my list due to distance, but they quickly became my top choice. Ron Siegel was outstanding as he went above and beyond to make the process seamless. The pricing was excellent, with no endless back-and-forth negotiations. From the start, both Ron Siegel and his manager, Marcus Robinson, were completely transparent about my unique situation. When I flew to Maryland, Ron personally picked up my child and myself from the airport and had the vehicle detailed, fueled, and ready to go upon arrival at the dealership. The entire process was efficient, and the team was incredibly respectful of my time. I can’t say enough good things about Ron Siegel and the Heritage Toyota Owings Mills team.
