My salesperson Drew Evens I worked with Drew Evens for my purchase of a used Mini sport from Heritage. I dealt with Drew over the phone as I am from out of state. He was very responsive to my many questions about the vehicle and stayed in contact on his day off with his personal phone texting me updates. To be an out of state buyer I’m assuming sale people are thinking this is a waste of my time they will never complete this purchase. I never had that feeling from Drew he was genuine and upfront with information and negotiations. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle he is newer to the location but an experienced sales person and as I discovered incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota trucks and Highlanders ( I’m also a Highlander owner since 2003). I appreciate his patience and assistance in guiding me through my first out of state purchase of a vehicle. The dealership: Negatives: The dealerships GM did not respond to emails about a pretty large dent in the side panel that I didn’t notice when I picked it up nor is it evident in the video my sales person sent. Positives: The same GM had me picked up at the airport and brought out to the dealership which I felt was a classy thing to do. The car had its battery changed the day before I picked it up The dealership returned some of my licensing fees after they dropped the ball on getting my tags up here in Massachusetts. I don’t ask for it a check just arrived also I thought a professional classy move. The finance manager I initially worked with was sufficient in her duties The finance manager that assisted her and then became my point of contact to get the tags resolved was fantastic. The dealerships has its issues but also had a lot of pluses. More
