I have a few words. 2019 CT6 hard shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear. Service advisor, "This is normal". Had the same issue with my 2017 CTS. Sounds like an issue with the transmission that Cadillac knows about, but won't issue a recall until someone dies. Certified Used ain't what it use to be. I've had to drive this vehicle to dealerships 3 times and I haven't had the vehicle 6 months. Again Certifed Used ain't what it's cracked up to be. Warranty still in force, so I'll keep bringing it back until a dealership fixing the problem or I'll trade it in. Either way, I'm not paying $3000 to fix an issue Cadillac is aware of. More
