Awesome Team I will like to thank the Beaver Toyota of St Augustine family for being so supportive. This is the third vehicle we pulled out of their dealership. This time around we did the finances in-house for the second time. I will like to thank Renny Imperial for introducing us to Tim. Their performance was outstanding to say the least and their regard for detail and customer centric focus is unmatchable. Our experience with finance team was what prevented this review from gettin a 5 Star rating. The Finance managers got us the best deal and not only are we helpful for it but we enthusiastically recommend Beaver Toyota for having such a great team. It is the third time we leave this dealership with a smile from ear to ear. However, when it comes to closing the deal there can be room from improvement. When I go to buy a car I go to make a purchase, not to seek life wisdom, I am also not of the Habit of buying things that I don’t feel I need. Demy Saint-Pierre simply could not accept that. He had unsolicited opinions and although being a good negotiator, could not get past my rejection for the purchase of add ons. At the end of deal, he kept going on and on and challenging my decisions while rubbing in his opinions about them. I understand many things, but the one thing I could not to come to terms with was why wouldn’t he just accept that I couldn't afford the add ons. All in all I am thankful for Beaver being there for us and whenever I need help again, I will definitively visit them and recommend them. More

I actually never came back after such a poor experience. Thankfully, this time around my mother convinced me to come back in. I was able to get the EXACT car that I wanted (one that two other Toyota dealerships tried to sell me for a much worse deal). My customer service experience was fair. Frankly the employees are all somewhat friendly but not too genuine. However they are very good at their job. Attention to detail could definitely be improved. I did have to go back more than once for my spare key which got to be annoying after the 3rd trip. It seemed like a lack of communication between departments rather than a single person’s fault. If it weren’t for that it would have been a very good experience. More

I had a fantastic Experience I came in to purchase a vehicle. I had already shopped at 2 other Toyota stores before visiting Beaver and the difference was night and day. My salesm I came in to purchase a vehicle. I had already shopped at 2 other Toyota stores before visiting Beaver and the difference was night and day. My salesman James Speiser had an extremely relaxed attitude and wasn't the typical salesman type. I think at one point he said he didn't mind if I purchased elsewhere but he was going to make sure I had the best experience and gained the most knowledge while at Beaver. He was also very funny. We went over the entire vehicle top to bottom. I met with George and he was able to persuade the big guy in the office to give me the deal I was really looking for. Thank you for such a great, informative and fun time! More
