My turbo went out. It was all good and covered under warranty. They installed the new turbo and I drove it for i believe a day and it gave me the same error message. I It was all good and covered under warranty. They installed the new turbo and I drove it for i believe a day and it gave me the same error message. I took it back to them and found out that something came loose from the work they did. They fixed that issue and gave it back to me and I drove it for a couple more days and it stalled on me. I took it back to them for a 3rd time just for them to tell me that I need a new battery and they were going to charge me close to $400 to install it. I picked the car up and installed it myself and saved myself $200. More

Service on my car was performed in a timely manner, unfortunately 3 of the rims received minor tooling damage during the rotation/balancing process. Spoke with the service manager and he ensured me tha unfortunately 3 of the rims received minor tooling damage during the rotation/balancing process. John went out of his way to make sure we had a vehicle working same day. He understood our needs and worked hard to meet them. “We’re here to WOW ya! !!!” Yeah like WOW because it’s always something ridiculous at this place. Beaver does not live up to the hype that they try and pump up. Every time I !!!” Yeah like WOW because it’s always something ridiculous at this place. Beaver does not live up to the hype that they try and pump up. Every time I’ve had my car in for service, with the exception of 1-2 times, they have kept it for days and days with no updates, no return phone calls, their status link that they txt you upon check in never works, and this time they locked my key fob in my car with it running, and took around 20 minutes to get it unlocked. So immediately I was nervous to even leave the car there, because there was no telling what else was going to happen. So against my better judgement, I left it. But never again. I will never come back here. I’m so sick of the disappointment. When we first got the car, after the FIRST one we got had to be returned due to a transmission problem, we had to email Linda Beaver herself because of the absolute nightmare that we had to endure at the St Augustine dealership. I’m surprised our account here isn’t flagged somehow. Yeah WOW is right. “YIKES” is more accurate. More
