As the saying goes, "some things never change", Naples Infiniti lives up to all the stereotypes of car dealers. I had hoped to have an easy transaction with my vehicle purchase but John and Luxon killed t Infiniti lives up to all the stereotypes of car dealers. I had hoped to have an easy transaction with my vehicle purchase but John and Luxon killed that thought. I'm not sure if they intentionally deceive people or just don't listen to peoples concerns. Needless to say it was frustrating and I would never return. After the sale I became invisible and no one returned my calls to discuss my issue. Even the General Manager ignored my call. Hopefully they learn to treat people with respect and figure out it's not 1985 and the buying public has changed. More

Even after I purchased the vehicle with a warranty, there were repairs that were needed within 7 days. John worked with me on getting things resolved with the dealership covering some of the cost. Class act and actions like that goes a long way. Great guy More

Because I live in Central Florida and was feeling stressed about having to drive down to Naples (a 4 hour trip one way), he arranged to have the paperwork delivered to me for signature and return. I recently just purchased my second vehicle from Naples Infiniti due to my first one being stolen, and the experience once again was astonishing. I had the pleasure of working with John Lawson, who exceede Infiniti due to my first one being stolen, and the experience once again was astonishing. I had the pleasure of working with John Lawson, who exceeded my expectations, went above and beyond once again and helped me as much as possible to get back in the vehicle that I had. The customer service and professionalism that my wife and I were given was amazing, from the begging to the end. Since I had recently purchased a vehicle from them and was stolen, I reached out to John and explained what happened. Amazingly enough, they honored our previous deal to get me back into the same vehicle, which no other dealer was willing to do and believe me, I called all the Infiniti dealer in South Florida. Notice, I live 2 hours away from Naples to be exact and I will take the drive again just to do business with them, specifically with John Lawson and his team. One of the main things that I appreciate and value in doing business with John is that there is no lies, no hidden numbers or fees, the numbers that we discussed never changed! That meant a lot because of how far I live, I didn't want to make the drive and waste my time. Also, if I say everything took an hour and a half is too much, literally I was in and out!! Simply amazing. Sir, again, I personally want to thank you for the amazing costumer service, professionalism, for being so attentive, going out of your way and making it happen.
