John Le is a spectacular service consultant. He knows how to handle situations and honors his promises and stands behind what he says. He thinks 5 steps ahead as in the instance he knew me wel He knows how to handle situations and honors his promises and stands behind what he says. He thinks 5 steps ahead as in the instance he knew me well enough from our interactions that I would need a ride, which he set up in advance. Furthermore, he knew of my car issue and the large expense that it would take to fix it. In essence, he sought financial assistance on my behalf from Honda main district management where they covered a significant amount. That made me relieved and less stressed over my car issue. In a way, it made me feel as if I was one of those people in the Honda commercials and ads who got help from Honda's "random acts of helpfulness" without being in the commercial. This attests to the truth that Honda and John Le does help their loyal customers and are leaders in the auto industry. Thank you again, John Le and Roxann (district manager)! More

I have never responded to one of these reviews before but I was really disappointed to have a 12:30 appointment and not have my car ready until closing time. It took me 15 minutes to get to the dealer from t I was really disappointed to have a 12:30 appointment and not have my car ready until closing time. It took me 15 minutes to get to the dealer from the time I received the call that my car was ready and the service department was about to close. I certainly didn’t expect an oil change and a check for a coolent leak to take 5 hours. More
