Crystal was amazing with the purchase of our 2019 Ford Flex. She had us a walk around video within a few hours with all of the things that she saw wrong with it. We have little kids, so her and her team g Flex. She had us a walk around video within a few hours with all of the things that she saw wrong with it. We have little kids, so her and her team got everything ready with approval etc. We went in and test drove it. We signed the papers and were out of there in less then an hour!
