Latest visit for service: I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne for many years and have never had an unpleasant experience, so common when women have to deal with car dealership I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne for many years and have never had an unpleasant experience, so common when women have to deal with car dealerships and their car repair services. Mr. John Lohne has been most conscienciously looking after my 1995 Lexus SC 400 which I just love and will not part with. We have gone by the service book until there were no more pages to fill in and now we are doing timely oil and filter changes and anything that show signs of wear and tear because of old age. I have never had the feeling that Mr. Lohne took advantage of my female ignorance about cars, motors and repairs and will recommend Lexus of Melbourne without hesitation to anybody who might be asking. I bought a Lexus as a long-time Mercedes enthusiast because I was swayed by the promise of service which Mercedes seemed to have forgotten, and have not been disappointed. The car is so well built and put together, that there is very little service/repair necessary. Jutta Fulford More
