I've been with Lexus since 2003. I love the brand, and the vehicles are among the best ever made. I've owned four, and my oldest son drives one as well. There isn't a better car on the road. Latest visit for service: I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne for many years and have never had an unpleasant experience, so common when women have to deal with car dealership I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne for many years and have never had an unpleasant experience, so common when women have to deal with car dealerships and their car repair services. Mr. John Lohne has been most conscienciously looking after my 1995 Lexus SC 400 which I just love and will not part with. We have gone by the service book until there were no more pages to fill in and now we are doing timely oil and filter changes and anything that show signs of wear and tear because of old age. I have never had the feeling that Mr. Lohne took advantage of my female ignorance about cars, motors and repairs and will recommend Lexus of Melbourne without hesitation to anybody who might be asking. I bought a Lexus as a long-time Mercedes enthusiast because I was swayed by the promise of service which Mercedes seemed to have forgotten, and have not been disappointed. I had bought from him before with an excellent result and he was a principal reason I went to Lexus of Melbourne. Knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, he made the buying process very comfortable. I love the car and the classy manner in which it was presented and sold. Lexus of Melbourne is an excellent dealership. I would buy again from them. More
