I wasn't happy that my aluminum splash shield was bent and buckled and started dragging. When I removed it, it had only three fasteners instead of seven. This was about 3500 miles after my previous servic and buckled and started dragging. When I removed it, it had only three fasteners instead of seven. This was about 3500 miles after my previous service, and the car has always been serviced every 5000 miles at Manly. I was looked after on this visit (and when I reported it a few weeks earlier), and I'm satisfied, but disappointed that the earlier work may have been sloppy or incomplete. More
