I walked in the front door and met with Joel Leimer and it was one of the very best experiences I have EVER had!! He had answers to all of my questions and was a huge help. These guys are amazing. They took care of me when my vehicle was stolen. They worked with the Etch Tech Claims and VW Gap Claims to get it finished. John Luciano has a winning team with JJ Cuevas (Finan vehicle was stolen. They worked with the Etch Tech Claims and VW Gap Claims to get it finished. John Luciano has a winning team with JJ Cuevas (Finance) and my sales Chris Scott was amazing. They took care of me so well that they sold two cars out of the deal. We will be back for service and to put my parents in a new vehicle. Also if anyone is contemplating the ETCH to be on your vehicle....do it. I should be their poster child. I almost didn’t put it on the vehicle, I’m glad JJ talked me into it. I’ll never have another vehicle without it again. This was the difference in getting back into a new ride or not for me.
