Overall poor communication. After the sale very unresponsive. Out a decal on my car without my permission and it feels that my car was tainted before I even took possession. Tol After the sale very unresponsive. Out a decal on my car without my permission and it feels that my car was tainted before I even took possession. Told me I could pick up the car on a certain day and when I arrived was told I couldn’t take it, it was only for paperwork. Just very poor communication overall. Asked me to compete the survey, even though they hadn’t competed everything on the checklist. More

Paula, Thank you for providing this feedback, and we apologize for not providing you with an exceptional service experience. We never like seeing that our service doesn't meet the standards customers have come to expect, but reviews like this help us improve. If you don't mind reaching out to us so that we can speak directly, we'd love to address your concerns in detail. Thank you so much, Jason Giacoppo (General Sales Manager)
