They lied repeatedly about when we would take delivery of the car. Reneged on their promise to pay our insurance for the time we were waiting. Offered 1200 to help with rise of loan rate and for the long wa the car. Reneged on their promise to pay our insurance for the time we were waiting. Offered 1200 to help with rise of loan rate and for the long wait. They took so long to deliver the car that we had to reapply and the rates went up significantly. They tried to tell us that the 1200 was for everything when they previously offered to cover insurance separately. The errors made during the transaction which lasted 6 weeks were 80% theirs and 20% their own financing partner. Clearly no communication between management and sales. No one took ownership of our transaction and left it in limbo while they went out on pto. We will never be back to this dealership again. More
