I purchased my car two months ago. I found the CPO VW that I wanted at this dealership only, within my search radius. It took 2 weeks + to get it certified. I was promised to get base racks and a bike that I wanted at this dealership only, within my search radius. It took 2 weeks + to get it certified. I was promised to get base racks and a bike rack with the purchase. I received the base rack; never received the bike rack. The finance person who helped with the transaction was mostly interested in selling me warranties. Once he realized I wasn't interested in buying them, he quickly finished the transaction. The service area wasn't as clean as other dealerships I have been to. I would give an overall average rating. More

We’ve been leasing VW’s since 2008… and Paul Lazzaro has been phenomenal to work with on our new lease. Our lease on our Tiguan was not ending until November, but Paul helped us get into a 2022 Taos sooner been phenomenal to work with on our new lease. Our lease on our Tiguan was not ending until November, but Paul helped us get into a 2022 Taos sooner, and reduce our monthly payments substantially. He listened to what we wanted, and answered all of our questions. We will miss our Habanero Tiguan, but we’re looking forward to driving our Pure Gray Taos for the next few years! More
