Pleasant and thorough I was in to look at a new Accord ( more in the market to buy in September ) and there was a upset and distraught older couple in the show room. Mr M I was in to look at a new Accord ( more in the market to buy in September ) and there was a upset and distraught older couple in the show room. Mr McGraw so how upset the older gentlemen was and immediately went over and to be honest I made sure to listen in. It turns out the couple came from another dealership and it was obvious they had a poor and upsetting experience and that when I witnessed something great. John listened to the couple and did NOT bash the other dealership but what he did do was ensure the couple would have a much more pleasant experience. John gave sat with the couple a little while and had them laughing and smiling ( it was obvious even with the mask on ). John had to excuse himself to assist other customers but went back to the couple after he helped the others. I hung around longer than I should have but i believe they bought a vehicle from the dealership. Nice work John !!! More
