John has such a family oriented “bedside” communication style. He could be my uncle! He was very attentive and was spot on with timeliness and gave me a thorough explanation of the recommended service and style. He could be my uncle! He did not rush me to make a decision , he took time with me which I truly appreciated! He also has a wonderful smile that would make anyone comfortable.
