I live next to other Honda dealership but drive 10+ miles for Service and Purchase needs to DCH Paramus. That says a lot about my experience so far. My sales guy, Alex, is great; that is why I went again to him to replace my old Civic with a new 2019 Civic. He presented few options for us that he thought was best, but after he carefully listened to my needs, he provided a package that was a best fit for both budget and need. Once again, came back home with a happy feeling. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend Alex and DCH Paramus. More

I wish went there first I've honestly passed this dealership thousands of times since I've started driving. Today was the first time I stopped in, and now I walked out with a I've honestly passed this dealership thousands of times since I've started driving. Today was the first time I stopped in, and now I walked out with a brand new car. I can only keep asking myself why I didn't go there in the first place. Everyone there was nice, polite and made me feel at ease through the entire process. Even the delivery tech walked me through the entire settings and paired my phone to the car. I can't speak highly enough for every we dealt with, I'll be back in 18 months when my other lease is up. More
