I had been searching online for a particular car in a certain color/options for a few months and was getting frustrated with some other dealerships a I had been searching online for a particular car in a certain color/options for a few months and was getting frustrated with some other dealerships and their slow response to my inquiries. John was quick to respond to my request for photos and got some for me while the car was still in detailing—I was able to quickly make my decision and make the purchase! We traveled from out of state to pick up the car and John arranged for a shuttle for us from the airport too! He is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
