Nothing but frustrating things to say about my experience with Heritage Honda of Westminster. From the get-go, they advertised a misleading price on a new vehicle and left out a number of mandatory fees. Whe with Heritage Honda of Westminster. From the get-go, they advertised a misleading price on a new vehicle and left out a number of mandatory fees. When I finally managed to get a firm quote on the out-the-door cost of the vehicle, all fees included, I told the sales associate that I wanted to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. They directed me to the financing application, which I promptly completed and answered all associated questions with quick turnaround. They ran my credit, which I saw as a hard inquiry on my own credit monitoring, and then proceeded to ignore any communication on my end to receive a financing offer. When I did manage to have any communication with them, the sales associate continually put me off, telling me that, "The dealership is very busy today, but I should have an offer for you in a few hours," and then never following up. I am extremely dissatisfied with this poor customer service, not to mention the nerve to run my credit without ever actually providing a financing offer. More

What shines through instead is a soft-spoken love for cars in general and Hondas in particular, and a desire to sell you a car that meets your needs. Mr M is knowledgeable about the cars and their features and will help you to learn what you need to know to make your best decision. With a fair price and his gentlemanly approach, Mr. M. earned my business. Great Experience Start to Finish! We started with John Mohlhenrich, who was very nice, but was unavailable the night we made our appointment to come into the shop. Jared was our Sales Consultant and he did an awesome job. He did an excellent job picking just the right vehicle for us and was very personable throughout the long process. He was also very helpful walking me through the steps of features on the new CRV. He stayed with us while the financing was being done and answered any questions while we waited. He is definitely an asset to your dealership. The financial consultant, Alex Peterson, was very friendly but never pushy and explained every detail to us while filling out the paper work. He lives in the community and this makes a huge difference. Bill Spradbrow, Sales Manager welcomed us to the dealership and followed up with us at the end; congratulating us at the end with the keychain gift. Every person we dealt with at Heritage Honda of Westminster was very professional, but more importantly very friendly and patient with our many questions. I never felt pressured and it was a very welcoming atmosphere/experience.......not typical of an auto dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thank you for making our experience a very positive one!! More
