I include Tony just because he stopped by when I was in the showroom and he has always been my advocate - so seeing him as I waited to sign on the dotted line for my elegant blizzard pearl brand new car made me feel even more confident that this was a wise move...I gave my 2007 Prius to my 21 year old who lives in LA - the first thing we did after driving it cross country was set her up with a Toyota dealership in Pasadena because I wanted her to feel the confidence and security that I feel based on my experience with FT. You are great - the only criticism is that you need a few more women on your staff roster! And it would be great if Toyota promoted more plug in stations! Can't wait for the App.... More

Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and never made me feel under any pressure to buy. This was my first experience with leasing a vehicle. I only gave the price a rating of 4 because I feel that my payment was $8 - $10 a month more than I now feel that it should be. This is more my fault than the dealership because they never made me feel under any pressure to purchase. This was more my excitement of wanting a new car, I did not take the time to take the figures home and study them a little more. I have not had any experienc with the service department yet, but if they are as friendly and knowledgeable as the sales team then I believe that it should be a very positive experience also. More
