Great experience with Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen In late October of this year I decided to trade my 2017 Subaru Outback for a 2019 model. The problem was there was no inventory of the specific model In late October of this year I decided to trade my 2017 Subaru Outback for a 2019 model. The problem was there was no inventory of the specific model that I needed. John Ostland and Matt the sales manager found the right model for me out of the area and they quickly struck a deal to my satisfaction for both the trade-in and purchase. The entire transaction from beginning to end was very professional. No haggling and back and forth to Manager for approvals. Andrew did a fantastic job going over all the details and keeping us informed. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the Crosstrek and took his time to show my wife and I how to use the multiple options included with the vehicle. Impressed with his vast knowledge and helpful hints. This was our best experience purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this Dealership.
