Starting looking around when Eric from the service department said hello and asked if anyone was with me. Apparently I came on a busy day but even after he found out that it would be a couple of minutes he still took the time to chat with me and apologized for my short wait. John was incredible with me throughout the whole process! Couldn't of been any easier, laid back, and non intimidating. It was obvious that me being happy was his major priority. I was introduced to Phil after coming in with the wife to make the final decision and it was then that I realized that the care given to me by John was prominent throughout Dean Team from the management. After my purchase I came back one last time to pick up and Richard from VW came over to show me all the details of the entertainment system! I thought I had it all figured out but Richard took his own time to ensure I was knowledgeable about all of the cars features. I feel extremely confident that I will continue to be taken care of with anything in the future based upon all of my interactions. Friends, family, and co-workers will all go to Dean Team before anywhere else in the future!!!!! More

Actual price shown on website. Actual price of new car shown on their website made selection easy. No haggling required. Price was slightly below that shown as fair value on KBB. Had to bargain on trade-in value to get value near that of KBB and Edmunds, less than I had hoped for but not unreasonable. Paperwork and financing was quick and easy. Much faster than recent experience with Toyota dealer. Presented with options on extended warranties but no pressure. Overall, well pleased. More

Excellent experience! We contacted Dean Team via their website with interest in a particular vehicle, a Subaru Forester. We were not called (as they promised not to on thei We contacted Dean Team via their website with interest in a particular vehicle, a Subaru Forester. We were not called (as they promised not to on their site) but rather, responded to via text which we found very convenient and low-pressure. From there we scheduled a test drive via email and someone called us to confirm a day or two before. When we arrived, the vehicle was pulled up to the front, ready for us to take for a spin. We had our two month old baby with us and we're able to install his car seat so we could all go together which was much appreciated. Our sales associate, John Ostlund, took us through as many features as our fussy baby would let him and didn't seem annoyed or flustered at all. He did a great job explaining as much as he could without making us feel like we were any trouble. Now, we did come in as a part of their friends and family/VIP program so it may have been assumed we would most likely make a purchase... and they would be right unless something had gone horribly wrong... But I could see elsewhere in the showroom everyone were treated very nicely regardless of that. Service and experience seemed to be very important to them and made us happy to have come here rather than have gone elsewhere. Dustin Westhoff helped finish the process out in financing and was equally wonderful to work with. In all, we were very happy with our decision to visit and buy from Dean Team. Wonderful experience!
