He listened a long time when i talked, even when i might have drifted off subject and never acted like there was anything he had to work on out side of working with me. The dealership is classy and my family has bought other cars over the years from them although this was my personally first Subaru in a while. I began a search online for a variety of cars and planned on a Saturday to test drive 4 of them at 4 dealerships. My first stop was at the Dean Team and it turned out, I went no further. The vehicle was great..and it attracted me but the people were the reason I went no farther. Great experience all around.. could not recommend any higher than i do this place. Ask for John.. More

I contacted the dealership on the internet and Peter Ostlund was very up-front with the pricing and the amount that I would get for my trade-in. I visited the dealership and met with John Ostlund, who had already pulled the vehicle out for me to test drive. I was prepared for a round of bargaining, but John had prepared the proposal for me with the exact terms that Peter had offered to me over the internet!! This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. Highly recommend these two salesmen!! More

We even had him pull out of stock a car on the back row with packing still on a car we thought we wanted. After a final change, he brought out the perfect car. We love our Subaru Outback so much, this is the 3rd one we’ve brought from John since 2012. We still have all three and they are all running like this new one. Our son and daughter-in-law will be receiving our first 2012 Subaru Outback. With all the maintenance being done by this dealership, we know we are passing on a car in great shape. More
