He answered all of my questions in details before I purchased the car and gave me a fair price. I am very satisfied with the purchasing experience. After I purchased the car, he also checked up on me to make sure that everything is good. I stopped by the dealership recently to have a free double check on my car. Dean Team has a very good service team. Dustin was also very patient and friendly. Everything I've experienced so far gives me the impression that the dealership really cares about their customers and aspires to provide satisfying service.
